We offer electric dirt bikes and electric golf carts for sale to residential and commercial customers. Our products are designed to provide eco-friendly, high-performance electric transportation solutions for recreation, utility, and commercial applications.

By opting in to Factory EV SMS alerts, you agree to receive text messages about product updates, order status notifications, exclusive promotions, limited-time deals, new product announcements, and important notifications related to your order and account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. User Responsibilities

- To use products only as intended and in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- To ensure that all riders/operators meet age, weight, and skill requirements specified for each product
- To wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets when applicable
- To comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the operation of electric vehicles
- That Factory EV is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow safety guidelines
7. Payment and Billing
Fees for our products and services will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge for applicable fees. All payments are due according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase or service activation.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and methods will be provided at checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Warranty and Returns

10. Service Availability and Performance
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party service failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our products or services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Factory EV is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the operation or use of electric dirt bikes or golf carts, except as required by applicable law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the methods provided below.
